Low Energy, Low Pressure, Reverse Osmosis

Wychwood is very pleased to announce a new range of low energy Reverse Osmosis units.

Ranging from 90 to 30,000 litres per hour, the units feature the very latest in low-pressure Reverse Osmosis membrane design. The new efficient membranes enable the reduction in pump size, which in turn provide a 30% saving in energy consumption.






Rinse Water Recycling and Reuse.

The IONMASTER ACTB range of Deionisers enables our clients to recycle, re-polish and re use valuable deionised water. A growing number of Wychwood clients are now realising the cost benefits of the IONMASTER ACTB.

In the past, deionised water rinses were continually run to drain or discarded at the end of the working day. The installation of the Wychwood IONMASTER ACTB dramatically reduces water, chemical and discharge costs and hence improves profitability.

A further spin off benefit to be realised is improved product quality. The use of the IONMASTER ACTB, continually recycling the deionised rinse waters has delivered improved water quality, which in turn has improved product quality and yields.
